It has been very interesting working with the Arab Coca Cola bottling plant in Jericho. Many times you think that you understand each other and then you discover that some of your communication got crossways.

The standard in the water bottling industry is to put the date on the bottle when it is bottled and then you give two years shelf life for the water from that date. We had a little break down in communication and they have stamped some of our water bottles with only a single year of shelf life. We have a few thousand bottles left from a filling date of November 2007. The water is still good for another year by all standards but it is our desire to let you have a bargain until this water is all gone.
